Edge Hotel Washington Heights

It did the job for a 3 stars hotel

Pros: The location of the hotel was very suitable for my travel purposes. It is far from all New York attractions but the train station is just 2 minutes walk and you need just 1 train to go to times square. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel and they do deliver as well. The room size was ok and the bathroom and shower were good. The staff were the best thing in the hotel and they were very friendly and helpful

Cons: They could do better with the cleaning especially mopping the floors. My room was in front of the elevators, so it was a bit noisy when the elevator opened or people talked in front of the room.

Pros: Location safe near to Columbia University and Police Station

Cons: Not offering breakfast, but near to hotel a lot of deli with very good sandwiches

Pros: Nice staff, close to subway station, easy check-in and check-out process

Cons: The room can be small if two people are staying in it

Pros: A bit far from the city center (I knew it before booking), but the metro station is only few steps far from hotel entrance. The view from our room at 11th floor was fantastic.

Cons: The room was too small for 3 person

Nice hotel with excellent service

Pros: Convenient location for visiting my daughter. Excellent front desk service. Clean property.

Cons: Shower leaked but it sounded like they were working on fixing that.

Was a wonderful surprise

Pros: The staff, the location near NY Presbyterian, the cleanliness.

Cons: There wasn’t anything I did not like.
