Comfortable stay with friendly staff and delicious breakfast

Pros: A perfect place to stop between New York and Niagara Falls. The staff were very friendly and flexible with check-ins and check-outs where they could be. Room was clean and spacious and bed was comfortable. Big bathroom with good water pressure and no temperature issues. Located next to a huge outlet with a variety of restaurants and retail stores. Breakfast was top notch and even had a waffle maker!

Cons: Not too many activities in the town, although a short drive to some scenic lakes.

Great service

Pros: The lady who checked us in, Morgan i believe, was super friendly. It was nice and quiet in the rooms. Loved the microwave and mini fridge in the room. Breakfast was nice. Kids loved the 24hr hot chocolate.

Cons: Bed was a tad uncomfortable

Nice stay

Pros: A big room, bed really comfy. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was nice even if there is no eggs. We revenge with waffles

Cons: Nothing except the flush which had a serious leak. It 's a noisy detail

A safe, clean and good place to stay

Pros: The hotel was in a safe area, the room was clean and spacious. It had a microwave oven and a small fridge. Overall this hotel offered great value for money. I recommend it.

Cons: I liked everything, I would have liked to have an electric boiler for hot water in the room.
