Good, clean rooms, friendly staff, but not much choice at free breakfast.

Pros: The room was clean and the curtains were the type that blocked out the light from outside

Cons: The free breakfast area was small with not much choice. It was enough to get a nutritious breakfast, though.

Pros: Comfortable beds, Quiet. Clean. Microwave to warm food and drink. Breakfast items in lobby. Front desk personnel helpful.

Cons: The new refrigerator froze some items, despite turning the temperature up. Bathroom ceiling could use some paint. No mirror in sleeping area, only bathroom.

Pros: Breakfast was not really a breakfast. There was just bagels and donuts. No fruit/juice.

Cons: My ground floor window was unlocked. That was very unsettling. I am glad I checked before retiring for the night.

Pros: I want to thank the guy at the window. The corporation had sent a reservation for one double bed For 3 of us. I had purchased and reserved for 3. Checking in between 3 and 4 pm. I got there at 405 pm. He rearraigned so that we had 2 beds like I reserved. Thank you so much

Pros: It was excellent for the one night we stayed, very clean, comfortable bed and pillows, restaurants near by, and we had to purchase a tire and a place was next to the hotel.

Pleasant overall

Pros: Most the staff was nice. I didn't have the breakfast. Rooms halls n lobby were clean. I would definitely stay again

Cons: Only thing I didn't like was my door key card constantly had to be recharged. They can't be close to electronics so I put in my bag, nowhere near any of my electronics n still had to recharge the card. I would go to desk and 1 guy would always sigh at me and wasn't a nice person. He definitely is in the wrong field of work. As someone who works with people, this guy needs serious customer service skill training. If I chose not to stay again, he would be my reason.
