Very convenient, clean large room

A large, clean room in a hotel that provides good service and is close to a metro station

Pros: The room was clean, large, and comfortable. The staff provided very good service. The closed windows blocked the noise from outside, and the elevators were fast so there was no waiting. We had several packages delivered to the room, and the hotel handled it very well.

Cons: The lighting was very weak. In my opinion, the design could be improved a bit by adding some small armchairs. For a first visit to the city, I think it would be better to stay at a hotel closer to the center, although the hotel is next to a metro station.

Good value overall and great location.

Pros: Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with fantastic views. The location was excellent—just a short walk or a 2-minute subway ride to all the main sights, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.

Cons: Our booking clearly included breakfast for four adults, but this was disputed at check-in—a frustrating start after a long trip. I had to pull up the confirmation email myself to resolve it, and unfortunately, no apology was offered for the confusion or the unwelcoming attitude we encountered. Breakfast itself was also uncomfortable. The staff were abrupt and, at times, patronizing—one comment in particular, “We are not in Europe here!” stood out as unnecessarily dismissive when we asked a simple question. It created a tense atmosphere that made us feel more like a burden than guests. While we understand that the staff may be busy, a bit more patience and warmth would go a long way, especially when dealing with international visitors.

Cons: Quite pore room equipment. The microwave was included in purchase, but wasn't in the room. The kettle didn't heat the water enough.

Great location and comfortable stay

Pros: Great central location, 15-20 flat walk to time square, empire state building, central park. Comfortable room and beds with amazing view of Manhattan.

Cons: Breakfast was below average. Coffee was good, but food options were limited and mostly processed. Better off getting breakfast from round the corner fresh bakery.

Great location, comfortable beds & superb breakfast

Pros: Great location, next to great Central Park, 5th Ave & Rockefeller Center. The metrio very close as well. Superb breakfast. Great family room with kitchen & beds very comfortable beds.

Cons: Lifts didnt work that well and had to wait a bit gooing up or down.
