Great stay, perfect for exploring NYC.
Pros: Great location walkable right into the heart of the attractions.
Cons: Slow/broken lift. When they were trying to fix it we had to walk (luckily down) the 19 floors. Canโt be helped but just glad we werenโt checking out that day!

Excellent!
Pros: Location of this hotel was very good and close to more than one metro stations, therefore making accessibility to other tourist locations easy. There were also lots of restaurants and shops around which made it easy to opt for food outside the hotel. Room was excellent with a very comfortable bed and a lovely outside view. I was on the 14th floor and had a good side view. Housekeeping services is for every other day so you may want to keep this in mind. Overall stay was excellent. My mum and I liked it.
Cons: The door of the walk in shower could not latch. This caused water to flood the other parts of the bathroom floor. Every other amenities worked well

Fantastic New York
Pros: Great location, 10 min walking to 5th avenue, grand terminal, Central Park. Metro- just 2 minutes walking from hotel. Great staff, especially Miriam- kind and lovely person. Room nice size, warm, cozy bed.
Cons: Restaurant could be nicer- especially for breakfast..

An excellent choice for a more reasonably priced hotel in NYC.
Pros: The location of the Hilton Garden Inn worked very well for us. We caught the subway in from JFK and then itโs a very short, easy walk to the hotel from Lexington Ave station. We used the subway a lot and both the nearby Lexington Ave and 51 St stations offer excellent options for getting around the city by public transport. There is a fabulous, very popular bagel place (Ess-a-Bagel) just around the corner (order on line to breeze past the queues!) and thereโs a gorgeous, tiny park with a waterfall (Greenacre Park) behind the hotel to eat your breakfast bagel in. Central Park is an easy walk away and ditto Grand Central Station in the other direction.
Cons: Nothing.

I would stay here again if I visit New York.
Pros: I liked all the amenities. I received a room with a view which is what I reserved. The bed was comfortable, despite that I like an extra-firm mattress to support my back.
Cons: There was nothing I disliked.

Pros: Excellent location. Very close to the subway and the area felt very safe and walkable. As a group of young girls, it was nice to be able to walk around and feel safe and secure.
Cons: The room was a little small as expected for New York City, so no major complaints.
