simple but good value for room.

Pros: Location was good if you like to stay around upper east/west side/midtown. About an hour and a half walk down to soho/east village or brief subway ride. Room had everything we needed but the bathroom door didn't close all the way which made using the washroom comfortably slightly more difficult. Bed was clean and comfortable. Staff was super nice, kept our bags for us all day and gave us a parking voucher.

Cons: Bathroom could have been better in terms of functionality

Perfect for New York trip!

Pros: The service was perfect. Hotel very clean, nice neighborhood, pretty safe area, we even got our room long before check in time so absolutely perfect. We could leave our bags for free too.

Cons: Hotel was perfect to us, nothing to change.

Above expectations!

Pros: Absolutely loved it! We spent 7 nights in the hotel, with bunk bed, shared bathroom. Very clean, very comfortable. Excellent location. Room cleaned everyday (remember to remove ALL things from beds), fresh towels, nice small sink in the room. Staff helpful and kind. We even had a nice view from the window. The room is simple, cosy, efficient, with charging stations and small table. Bathrooms comfortable enough, plenty of toiletteries at hand. Reasonably priced and perfectly located. It was more than we expected and we truly enjoyed the stay.

Cons: Some noisy neighbours partying hard at night in the room next door. Went quiet when we asked them to. Sounds from the corridor can wake you up. Earplugs recommended!

Pros: I was absolutely stunned by the room I got. It was a fully equipped room (except for the shared bathroom), including a table, TV, and openable windows in two directions, with an exceptional view of the surrounding skyscrapers. But even better was the view from the accessible rooftop! The sunrise and sunset were unforgettable. Everything was nice and clean, and room service visited and tidied my room every day. And the hotel's location is absolutely perfect for exploring Manhattan.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect and more than adequate for the price.

Cons: Very small. Like a prison cell small. I would say only 1 person can fit considering that there is no enough space even for luggage.
