Great will be back

Pros: Great location clean, tidy, quiet, staff very helpful Coffee machine easy to use in apartment . Great views of New York

Cons: It was clean and tidy however some of the furniture was a little tired seat covers ripped air con / heating was very loud and cold in bedroom hot in living room . But it caused no major issues .

Wonderful stay in a charming hotel. Great apartment, wonderful staff. Definitely will be back.

Pros: We stayed in a one bedroom wellness room. So comfortable, quiet and luxurious. The rooftop bar “Ophelia” was glorious. The decor, ambience and staff are amazing. The staff at reception so friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Room with space, kitchen, very clean, confortable, and the arrangements the staff found for me the second week of stay were very appreciated. Very well located.

Amazing stay, truly recommend for long stays

Pros: We stayed for 9 days in a beautiful appartment on the 24th floor. We had amazing views and beautiful balcony. The appartment was spacious with a lot of space to store our clothes. It had big smart TVs, nice kitchen area, good heating and fully equipped kitchen to cook. The tower also has the Ophelia bar on the top floor which has 360 views and you could also see the river. Also location was really nice, it was a 10 minute walk from subway and 20 minute walk to 5th avenue. The tower also offers free daily coffee, laundry and gym. The staff were really friendly and accommodating for anything we needed.

Cons: It would have been nicer if the hotel offered daily cleaning instead we only received cleaning once during our 9 day stay. However they did offer cleaning with extra charge.

Pros: The 3 bedroom apartment suited our family of 6 so well, enough space for everyone and yet we felt together as a family unit rather than separate rooms in a hotel. Location wise perfect walking distance from the busyness of the city. Highly recommend for families

A perfect walk away to all things NYC Inc Rockefeller, Central Park or Metro

Pros: Best apartment on the outskirts of New York City which made for a nice oasis in the busy city. What made our stay was Hector who was so kind and truly looked after us.

Highly recommended hotel with a kitchen

Pros: Excellent hotel, well equipped, great service of the staff, great location (10 min from the subway). Highly recommended !!!

Cons: We were 3 persons, the extra bed was located in the living room.
