Loved this hotel, I would stay again

Pros: Decor, style, comfort of room and bed, courtesy fruit basket in room, excellent food from room service.

Cons: When we checked in they gave us the wrong key, it was late almost midnight, we entered the room snapped on the light, and woke a terrified woman who was sleeping in the bed- she almost had a heart attack- a human mistake, but not something we or the poor woman expected.
