Extended Stay America Suites - Norwalk - Stamford

If you're easy to please, this is for you.

Pros: It's a decent place to stay for a night. I would recommend this for people who are on the road and need to crash for a night. The room had everything necessary and it was clean. No luxury, but all the necessities.

Cons: The breakfast they offer is pretty much a joke. It's either processed muffins or processed oatmeal. Coffee was undrinkable. I expected nothing and I was still dissapointed.

Pros: It was snowing out and the place is on the hill and the driveway was basically full of snow for two days

Cons: It was snowing outside. The driveway wasn’t cleaned up so I had to take my time going up. It took almost 2 or three days for the people to get the driveway cleaned up.

Buena opcion en la 400 Main Ave a buen precio.

Pros: Habitacion con buen tamano, bien equipada con cocina completa (estufa, microhondas, refrigerador), desayuno un poco basico, pero estaba bueno.

Cons: La habitacion deberia de tener cafeteria, aunque tiene una cocina completa no cuenta con la opcion de preparar cafe en la habitacion

Comfortable

Pros: Staff was welcoming. The celebration of Pride was also great to see, especially during this political climate.

Clean room good value

Pros: The room was very clean as was the bathroom.There was no breakfast to be seen.

Cons: Breakfast offered would have been nice as it was in the advertisement. The bathtub should be refinished. The bed was very bouncy it would have been nice to have a bed that didn't move when you shifted positions. My partner ended up sleeping on the other bed.

Safe and clean. Appropriate amenities for the price.

Pros: Listen, this is a two-star hotel. I've stayed here two or three times, usually when my preferred hotel is too expensive or full. But this place is fine. It's safe. The staff is solid. There's breakfast, but I don't partake. There are outlets. The bed is clean and comfortable. The refrigerator works and is clean. There are utensils/plates available upon request for free. There are basic amenities like soap, coffee, and clean towels. You don't stay at the Extended stay for luxury, you stay there for logistics.

Cons: No ice machine, but you have a freezer. It's just inconvenient if you arrive and want some ice. Limited amenities, but again, that's not why you stay here.

We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back in the future.

Pros: The room was very nice and the staff was very good.

Cons: A couple days there was not much to chose from for breakfast ever before 7:00 am.

Pros: The host was great I think she a manager or something but shes extremely helpful and pleasant to talk too thank you extended stay

Pros: The host was wonderful and pleasant she has been the heart and soul of this hotel establishment she's a manager I can't thing of her name but she a African American lady with a great attitude for your comfort thank you extended stay

I will be coming back this will be my go to hotel when I come to Norwalk

Pros: Cleanness, friendly staff, the room was nice and good location
