Pros: Very clean, lots of room. Kids loved the pool. Appreciated having the laundry available.
Cons: Staff were a bit short. One set of lifts means it's quite the walk depending on which room you're in.

Woundorful Hotel , Its 5 STAR
Pros: I was Just trvelling backhome through JFK and I was looking to comfortable hotel with reaonable price near the airport by one hour, I was coming from BOSTON, The hotel is beuteful , nice design , huge lobby and spacioues car park. The room is very large like studio size , very confortable bed and outstanding pathroom

Decent good value accommodation
Pros: Clean and spacious rooms with no noise as in inner courtyard. Indoor space was quite fascinating

Great place to stay when staying in Stamford!
Pros: Great hotel with a great layout. The main lobby are were clean and well kept and the rooms were clean also. The gentleman who checked me in was very polite and helped me figure out parking as my vehicle was to tall for the regular parking garage and the oversized vehicle lot was full.
Cons: the oversized vehicle lot was full so I had to park in the loading dock. Not a big deal and it's a champagne problem but I was happy to not have to pay for parking.

Pros: I left yesterday and my stay was wonderful. The staff was understanding and smooth in dealing and the speed of check-in. I remember all of ((Nelette)), ((Brian)), ((Erlene)) and ((and another whose name I do not remember. She was friendly and her smile preceded her and she was short in stature. They were all excellent and the security staff were cooperative and worked Seriously, the location wins, the services are very close, and the Downtown is very close.. and I will return in the coming days. A hotel that makes you feel like you own the place alone.. Thank you ((Armon))💐💐💐👍
Cons: My observation concerns the cleaning lady on the fourth floor in charge of rooms 414, 408, etc., a brunette, who is uncooperative and lacks good behavior!!!!?

Peace of stay
Pros: The room was wonderful, the bathroom was clean and fully equipped, and the bed was comfortable. However, the cleaning staff of the wing needed to be more knowledgeable, but the security staff was available when needed. Add to the reception staff, they are more understanding and fast in registering and in the crew, especially (Nilti). )) and ((Bryan)) Cano is knowledgeable and easy to deal with. As for the hotel, in general, the location is wonderful, and the services are excellent. It is close to barber shops, gas stations, and shopping malls, 8 minutes away by car. There is a shopping mall 4 minutes away by foot....💐
