Pros: Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. Great room with a very comfortable bed. New modern bathroom

Cons: It's a pity that there is no massage service (spa center)

Hotel great, staff great, bed hard!!!!

Pros: The room was super cute. The location made it easy and quick to pop out to local eateries and stores. Please, please, please note that any reviews about the train noise are exaggerated. During our stay (2 nights), the train came by maybe 4x.The horn is loud, we heard it twice during our stay, but it still wasn't an issue. And honestly, if you're a person who uses sleep sounds at night, then the train is actually soothing rather than a nuisance. And if you're a hard sleeper, you won't even notice it. Overall, our stay was nice and I 100% recommend.

Cons: Babbbbby, the bed was haaarddd!!! Not one ounce of cushion or softness. Which is sad because the pillows were great!!! Please, Watershed, replace the mattresses with the ones you have at Hotel Zero Degrees. Those will have you sleeping through the next coming of the lord! 😂😂😂❤️

Pros: Everything was great. Very clean. Staff were great. I loved everything.

Cons: There are train tracks right in back. Which, I knew before coming because I read the reviews prior to booking. It didn’t wake my family but was going by very late at night.

Pros: beautiful hotel, they gave us a complimentary upgrade, rooftop was beautiful, room was spacious, clean and bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when visiting area.
