This hotel really helped me out when I was stuck in new york due to snow and KLM

Pros: Enjoyed the breakfast, plenty to eat. Room was large, bed was large

Cons: Heating system pretty old fashioned, but does a job

Pros: This is a good hotel - clean, nice, decent breakfast, free parking etc.

Cons: NOISE from the expressway. Come with earbuds or stay away.

Pros: It’s my place to stay for short trips to New York. Nice amenities and okay breakfast.

Totally it was good and went well.

Pros: It is a budget facility, so can't expect much. Booking and check out was very easy.

Cons: As we are not a American bound traveler, the facilities are not user friendly. It was very difficult to get one bottle of water. The location is very far from the airport.

Pros: I loved the croissants. All of the staff were polite, attentive, cooperative, and helpful -- especially Kev, who checked me in, and Alfie, who was superlative in every respect. I have stayed at this hotel about 7 times and will continue to happily do so.

Pros: Hello, When I booked the hotel through Booking, I was told that I should present the document showing that I am exempt from VAT upon arrival at the reception, and that I would not be charged VAT. I showed the document at check-in, but the receptionist refused to acknowledge it and charged me VAT anyway. I would like to request a refund for the VAT that was charged to me incorrectly. A restful place after a long flight

Pros: It’s always my stop when I have an airport transit. It’s clean, relaxing, appreciate the tea and coffee options in the room. Breakfast is basic but filling .

Cons: Would appreciate a couple bottles of water in the room.
