Super Convenient hotel for US Open - tennis

Pros: The location to the tennis courts was so convenient , its a 15min walk. During the tennis open you can see all the cars stuck in the traffic, but there you are strolling back to hotel. It is also near the subway station, and 30mins into Manhattan. There are lots of Mexican, S American type restaurants nearby which opens to late at night. People around there are super friendly. the hotel provides hot water, coffee, tea and there is a ice machine on every floor. The staff at the reception are all super nice to me.

Cons: Water was not provided daily and you have to ask for it.

It was a pleasant stay would come back again

Pros: I liked how there was smoking rooms and the rooms were clean and nice

Cons: I didn’t like the keycards it was difficult to open the door and I had trouble turning on the shower

Pros: We loved how close this hotel was to the tennis center! Made our stay easy!

The stress-free Hotel

Pros: Hotel nice, clean, not bugs or weird smells, ac ran cold, lotion, bodywash, shampoo n conditioner already there

Cons: No microwave in the room, no closet rack(their was a tiny wardrobe it just was too low for what I need to hang)

Came for a concert. Slept comfortably. Left very pleased.

Pros: Rooms were clean, bathroom was the cleanest i've ever seen. The room was comfortable, especially the beds.

Cons: Not really a big deal but I wish there was more to breakfast than just coffee BUT I enjoyed my stay nevertheless.

Bastante cómoda y placentera. Pudimos descansar muy bien.

Pros: Por lo menos la habitación que nos dieron esta vez, estaba muy limpia. En comparación con la vez anterior.

Cons: La falta de una cafetera en la habitación. Deberían tenerla si o si.

It was a good stay for just one night

Pros: The room was very clean and its a great location too, plenty of stores or places to eat nearby. I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast.

Pros: La ubicación. Muy proximo al Sky max Mall y. Morena's Kitchen Restaurant & Bar.

Cons: Que el precio al momento de realizar la reserva estaba en USD270 por noche una semana antes y el mismo día que entre en la misma página de booking donde hice la reserva esta a USD156 por noche. No podía cancelar mi reserva anterior pues conlleva penalidad.

Our stay was fine, but very pricey!

Pros: The room was clean, there was parking available, it was in walking distance to Citi Field

Cons: I wanted to pay cash for our room but my credit card was charged before we arrived. The price of the rooms were very expensive, it was double the price of equivalent hotels in the area (other hotels even offered breakfast) and they did not price match. We had even stayed at this hotel before, and it was twice the price we payed last time! They were also working on the elevators the day we left, very loud in the morning since the elevator was across from our room and they did not have a sign that they were not working. We were on the 5th floor.

Hidden Gem

Pros: I liked how clean everything was, and it smelled great. As soon as you walked in, you were hit with a calming scent that filled the air.

Cons: The parking area is very tight and dangerous with only one way in and one way out.
