Large room and great location

Pros: Perfectly located for easy travel to the airport for a early or late flight. The hotels shuttle service was quick and easy.

Cons: Nothing to mention.

Pros: The transport from the airport and next day to the subway was amazing.

Cons: the aircon unit made some noise when we initially arrived, had to restart it to make it stop. Also, we waited for more than an hour for our dinner (at 11pm) with the kids in the restaurant. Our order had somehow gotten lost. Otherwise a good place to crash in between flights.

We enjoyed the stay.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Rooms are big. We asked to stay longer in the room on the checkout date, and our request was satisfied right away. This is my favorite hotel in Queens.

Pros: Free shuttle to airport. Comfy rooms. Spacious and clean staff were lovely. 24/7 self serve kiosk is super handy for an airport hotel.

Pros: Close to LaGuardia. Room was clean. There is a small self service shop next to the front desk where you can buy necessary items or food. We liked the pool.

Cons: I did not like that we had to make a phone call for the shuttle to pick us up at night even though I wrote a message to the hotel to arrange this in advance.
