A great place to stay while exploring New York City.

Pros: We really liked the location — even though it is in Queens and it takes about 25 minutes by subway to reach Manhattan, it was actually wonderful to return to such a calm and pleasant neighborhood after the noise and crowds of the city. There are many cafés and restaurants nearby, and we especially loved the Italian restaurant on the way from the subway to the hotel. The housekeeping was excellent, the rooms were spacious, and the breakfasts were great. We also appreciated having access to the laundry facilities and the gym. Overall, everything was very good.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like.

Perfect for our NYC visit

Pros: Just across the road from the Q60 bus to Manhatten. Clean rooms. Quiet compared to being on the island. Good value.

Cons: Shower door kept sliding open

Excellent location, clean hotel, great facilities, with good breakfast.

Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent, with a 10-minute walk to the Woodside Station. The staff were great, as they were really helpful in providing very useful tips for those who were visiting NYC for the first time. The room was excellent, with a spotlessly clean bathroom, spacious space for luggage, and a microwave oven too. The breakfast spread had both sweet and savoury choices.

Cons: Though it was probably not within the control of the hotel, the promised first free use of the commercial washing machine and dryer with the installing of the commercial app turned out to be not true. The hotel could get the company that manages the washing machines and dryer to keep to their promises.

Pros: I like everything about the place from location to cleanliness and many more. The staff were very friendly and attended to my needs promptly

Loved it

Pros: Not a lot to dislike about this place. The room is big, clean and modern. The bed was super comfy. We slept like tiny lil' babies. I don't think I slept that good in a hotel in a while. It was also very quiet, no noises from outside or from the hall. The location was good as well. Metro oine 7 is 10-12 min away and it takes you straight into Times Square. The trip takes 35 min in total. There is also a bus station right next to then hotel that takes you to Queens Plaza, which is directly connected with Manhattan. The breakfast was good, nothing crazy, but decent. Scrambled eggs, sausages, creme cheese, oatmeal and some fruit. Some vegetables (tomatoes, avocado, peppers, cucumbers) would go a long way. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage for a few hours after our checkout. The LaGuardia shuttle was also very useful.

Cons: To reserve the shuttle you must call the front desk on the day of your arrival. I thought I could do this via messages but the hotel doesn't reply to the messages on booking. We had eSIMs with data only so calling was real tricky. Veggies for breakfast would be a great addition.

Good location efficient clean safe hotel

Pros: Comfortable hotel with adequate facilities. breakfast is available during your stay.

Cons: Room cleanliness could have been better as there were minor stains in the bathroom also one of the fixtures in the bathroom was also broken.

Quiet Neighbourhood but Superb Stay at the hotel

Pros: Staff were quite friendly but perhaps one or two struggled with English a little. 10 minute walk to Subway and the 7 train took us 15 minutes to get to grand central terminal Booked for a Family of 5 - The king room had a nice tidy big bed, tidy and clean sheets serviced everyday and there was a walk in shower. The Two double beds room was just as good. Air conditioned rooms Room windows are sound proof which is good if facing Queens BLVD Sockets were US mostly but there were USB port chargers and one of the lamps on the table had two sockets for 3-pin Irish phone chargers. Breakfast was nice and filling in the morning, eat as much as you like. Coffee/Decaff/ Hot water dispenser. Cold water & Apple & Orange a juice machine. Scrambled eggs one day and Cheese Omelette another day along with turkey bacon and turkey sausage. Bread, butters, jams, bagels, muffins, hot cinnamon roll, yoghurt fridge, fruits, cereals and oatmeal

Cons: The two double beds room bathroom unfortunately had a not so great looking bathtub and shower and curtain so it was not as good to use and floor got wet easily. The walk in shower like the king room had was easier to use.

Very impressive staying experience.

Pros: The breakfast is good, have coffee and hot water serving all the day.

Cons: The breakfast can increase more options for fruit and vegetables.
