Overall great experience

Pros: Staff is very friendly and nice. The breskfast had a lot of options and was good.

Cons: There was a stain on the covers. The pillows were not the comfiest.

It was good

Pros: The room was definitely big enough to move around in.

Cons: Our room looked like it was still being worked on when we arrived. The tub had no plug to fill the tub nor did it have a curtain.

Great place to stay.

Pros: Excellent hotel overall. Staff were amazing, especially Christie (apologies for wrong spelling!) who did an amazing job running and organizing breakfast. Great pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing, especially the care and attention toward avoiding meat contamination. Bravo.

Cons: A little expensive.

a good place to stop on hour drive from niagara falls to boston

Pros: the room was very spacious, very clean and very quiet (exactly what we had asked for) the staff were really friendly and helpful. this hotel was just what we needed after a long drive. the breakfast buffet was perfect too, try the cinnamon rolls you won’t be disappointed

Comfortable bed and really good breakfast.

Pros: Check in was easy and fast. The elevators were fast so wait time was low. Rooms were clean and bright. Breakfast was really good. I liked that coffee is always available. Check out was just as easy as check in process.

Cons: I have no complaints about my stay. I will stay in here, the next time I'm in the area.

Pros: We live about 20 minutes away it was our 48 year wedding anniversary we just wanted to enjoy our self's the room was clean and very nice the pool and hot tub was exhalent the breakfast was very good everybody was very polite and helpful had a great time Thank you.
