Lovely little inn, great value.
Pros: Very nice room, very nice staff, cute inn, excellent selection of books in the Bluebird Room.
Cons: The bed was so soft I felt like it would swallow me whole.

brilliantly imagined well executed fabulous place to spend a few days
Pros: Fabulous well imagined fun place to stay - the staff were OUTSTANDING - great location.
Cons: breakfast needs rethinking particularly in light of the amount of plastic and disposable material. Equally there could have been china and glass in the room rather than plastic wrapped paper cups. Sustainability is a thing!

Pros: The room facilities are very new and clean. The room is a bit mini. I like the appearance of the house from the outside. The door is also very beautiful. One of the rooms we stayed in leads to the lawn in the backyard. The outdoor flowers are very beautiful. The environment is very suitable for taking pictures and taking a nap. The price is a bit high, and the breakfast is also very good.

Great stay, a little expensive
Pros: 1. Smooth check-in. We arrived after their office hours, but the check-in instructions were very clear. Didn't have any issues. 2. Loved the themed rooms. We stayed in Fred's Lair which was very accurately designed and was cozy 3. The bed was very comfortable 4. Facilities: Hot tub, dry sauna and across the street steam room (last one we didn't try). But they all were very relaxing on our otherwise skiing adventure trip. Disclaimer: the Stratton falls location hot tub is a lot bigger that you can use by traveling 2 miles down 5. The pickup continental breakfast - very convenient and a lot of options 6. Never seen a mini bar so reasonably priced (5$ for a beer?)
Cons: 1. We found the price, $240+ per night (incl. taxes + 25$ resort fee?) for a 'motel with sauna facilities and continental breakfast' too excessive. We booked 2 months in advance so not a last-minute plan either. Heard from others that $$ depends on the themed room you select, so maybe Fred's Lair was one of the expensive ones. 2. The heating unit - even though set on Low Fan - would intermittently wake up and make loud noise at night 3. There was another room on the back side of our room, and you could hear the footsteps of people walking to/from it 4. While the pickup continental breakfast is a VERY CONVENIENT option if you have to be out and about early in the morning, wish there was a little cafe/restaurant, like they do at the Stratton falls location. On the last day when we had more time, wanted to have a filling meal before heading out (but there is a cafe down the street - Watershed - which we didn't try but could be an alternative)
