Perfect, we loved it.

Pros: The carpets were clean, the gym was newly renovated and nice; it felt clean. Perfect for a couple of nights when you don't plan to spend much time in the room. Comfortable bed. We will stay again in May. We really liked it.

Cons: Outside the room, there was an extremely noisy heating duct. In the bathroom, there's a lack of storage space; a shelf beneath the sink would be ideal. The room's phone was not functioning, and despite my three requests for repair, it was not addressed. Very small room, but enough. No breakfast inlcluded.

Pros: Front desk staff was great. Room was clean and modern enough. Halls were clean. Felt safe.

It was lovely.

Pros: The staff was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It felt authentic - not forced. The gathering space is great. It’s a terrific place to relax, share a meal, or have a glass of wine.

Cons: The price of the food/drinks seemed high. I realize that the cost of things is going up, but it did feel a little like gouging. The room was a little small. Shower and shower supplies were great.

Perfect for what I needed. a clean comfortable place where I felt safe and people were kind.

Pros: The staff in the morning was cheery and helpful and when you are traveling alone and the people greet you with a positive and cheery attitude it makes all the difference in a way to start your day. Thank you.

Pros: Liked the courtyard. Room was clean. Large and comfortable. Very nice lobby.

Cons: Breakfast was really expensive and did not offer many choices. Charging for breakfast is ok but gouging guests is not ok. The lounge was mostly unoccupied because of the cost of the meals which were about 50% higher than other venues. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and got no bacon and paid $13 for it.
