Great stay, but 2 But’s

Pros: Great, but pay attention. There are 2 But’s. When you look at the website they show you the yellow wooden accommodation, the same on Booking.com only the yellow wooden rooms. So we felt in love and booked it! But 1 when we arrived they gave us a location in the black / grey accommodation, not as described by the website and Booking.com. We had to pay an extra 50 dollar for the yellow one. After discussing we got the yellow wooden location which was superb! Without the fee. But 2 at the reception they told us to pay an extra 39 dollars for drink (water coffee snacks) resort fee per day. Also not clearly communicated on their website and on booking.com So 2 communication Buts Give 5 stars because the staff resolved it and the accommodation was superb!

Beautiful relaxing setting

Pros: Absolutely loved it! Beautiful setting, friendly and helpful staff. We used the self check in and just wish we’d known the drinks & snacks in the room were complimentary and that we could have requested clean towels. We stayed for 4 nights and loved it as our base to explore the Catskills

Fabulous room, excellent location, and beautiful setting

Pros: Well appointed and spacious rooms, including record player and vinyls! Beautiful setting by the river and so we’ll maintained.

Cons: Nothing - but the description said there would be bikes available but there wasn’t any. Also no spa facilities - you have to go elsewhere in the town to book a massage etc.

Cons: We were not given the room we booked and had paid for at first We had to query this They “ upgraded” us I found this dishonest

Pros: Amazing location right downtown and the property was just incredible, waterfalls, firepits and it didnt feel built up or overdone just a nice little room tucked away in the woods
