Great little motel - just hit it on the WRONG weekend!

Pros: Very clean, large rooms, well supplied in terms of furnishings and bathroom items (towels, etc).

Cons: I really appreciate when hotels/motels provide tissue - and there were none. That’s the only criticism I can provide about the property itself. Otherwise, we were unaware the first weekend of March is impacted by a large unofficial off campus party for students from a local university and most rooms were booked by students who were visibly intoxicated mid-day, driving in and out of the property this way, and partying with very loud music and voices until almost 2am. I’d advise future travelers be aware of this annual event or similar instances of college-student use of local hotels/motels in this manner.

Wonderful stay. Comfortable, clean, great service, and reasonably priced. Recommend!

Pros: Didn't notice the coffee bar until dropping off our room key when we were leaving. Nice touch. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Everything super clean and comfortable. We were checking in late and they called to be sure everything would go smoothly for us, which it did.

Cons: There was only one thing and it was so unlike the extra care that was given in all other areas that we think it might have been an oversight. There were no hangers for our clothing or coats. We feel sure they would have brought some but we got there very late and left early so no chance to ask.

The inn was just what I needed after a 6 hour drive on major highways with lots of traffic

Pros: While the inn does not offer food, there is a great breakfast place nearby

Pros: Caretakers were friendly location not far from my destination I needed to be for that weekend

Very pleasant place close to an interstate entrance.

Pros: This is an older motel that the new owners has redecorated and refurnished so it feels new. The owners are welcoming and eager to give their guests a good experience.

Cons: I didn't see anything that needed improvement.

This is a clean, friendly, convenient place to stay.

Pros: Staff is very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable, the property was convenient.

Cons: The price we paid was too expensive, but we understand as it was graduation weekend at UMass Amherst.

Pros: When checking in very friendly and allowed check in early to allow us to go and do things with no time constraint

Cons: King size bed and only 3 pillows that were very thin.

Excellent budget hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. We'll stay there again.

Pros: This excellent budget hotel exceeded our expectations. It has new owners and management and is way better than some of the negative reviews. The staff were very helpful and friendly - Chris at the front desk made us feel very welcome. The location is very convenient to Northampton and area attractions.

Cons: They did not yet have hair driers in the rooms. I'd expect they'll be getting those soon - this place is definitely on the upswing.

For the price, it's a great deal.

Pros: The room was clean and the location to Northhampton was perfect for the cost. They also accomidated an early check-in so that I could get changed to attend a rehersal dinner.

Cons: While the water pressure was good, it seemed to take a long time to get hot water. There is also no closet or anywhere to hang up jackets or suits.

Excellent stay that exceed my expectations for an affordable, roadside motel.

Pros: The place was much cleaner than expected and it felt like it was recently remodeled with new furnishings
