Good budget option with friendly staff

Pros: Location, price, staff were friendly and helpful, good value for money, wifi and parking are suitable.

Cons: Slight musty smell when we first walked into the room, but this faded quickly. Traffic/train noises during the night but not unbearable. Shower didn't heat up much.

I’m only there for a good night sleep. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff is always friendly.

Pros: I’ve stayed at this property over the past couple of years. It’s very easy to reach when landing at BDL but wanting to spend the night in Massachusetts.

Cons: Floors need updating.

A Good deal, nice big and clean

Pros: It is a very good value. My room was very clean and so was the bathroom. That really puts my mind at ease. I found the staff very friendly, warm and courteous. It is right next to a beautiful body of water. It was a peaceful stay and very good deal compared to all the other prices out there.

Lovely, clean hotel beside a beautiful lake. I'll be returning!

Pros: Check-in was quick and easy, the staff was very sweet, the view of the lake is amazing! Others mentioned smells - that's just curry or something from staff in the front office, and doesn't filter to the rooms at all. I barely noticed it, only did because of other reviews that made me look for it. The bathroom had some cosmetic work being done that did not affect my stay. Very very clean, and I will be staying again! I work in luxury events and boutique hotels - stay here!

Cons: Not a thing went wrong. I'll be back!

Pros: It was close to the wedding we were going to. It was clean, just a bit run down. The people in the office were very nice. Internet connection was pretty good.

Cons: Broken shade, less than optimal lighting, the bathroom door was pretty scuffed up.
