Comfortable and perfect location for a visit to Mass MoCA

Pros: The room was large and comfortable, staff was very nice.

Cons: The pool and spa were dated and the water smelled a bit weird.

Delightful Experience Indeed

Pros: Two different flavored waters offered in the front lobby. Very Friendly and helpful staff. Microwave and mini fridge. Plenty of available TV channels and outlets to charge devices. Location was awesome and extremely comfy lounge with many plush chairs and lots of books.

Cons: No breakfast, no take home toiletries. Mirror in a WIERD spot on the wall, so you have to see yourself in the bed and no digital clock to check the time.

Pros: The hotel is located close to the start of Main street in North Adams, near the city hall, it easy to spot the hotel from distance. There a few restaurant nearby on Main street and a few fast food restaurant around the area in walking distance, there a pharmacy (CVS & Walgreens) and supermarket (Big Y) located near Mohawk trail. MASS MoCA art museum is located in walking distance using State street. The lobby look very modern and clean, there a room with a few couches and tv in the lobby to sit, and there also a small table with kettle and coffee makers with table to sit on, there a parking lot right outside of the hotel. I got to sleep on both side of the building, both sides offer a nice view, clean rooms, big tv inside the rooms, a small refrigerator and a coffee maker.

Pros: From check-in to checking out, the staff was very encouraging, helpful and friendly.

Pros: A lot of things were closed due to the storm, which was expected, thus I can't really rate anything.

Would stay again, great location!

Pros: The lobby has different galleries that are interesting to walk through and it is also bright with refreshing water available all day and night. The staff were also friendly. The hotel location is excellent being downtown North Adams, it is very easy to walk to restaurants and Mass Moca.

Cons: The bathrooms need to be updated, the wallpaper is very old along with the shower and vanity.

Very nice would stay again.

Pros: The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Beds very clean. Loved the pool and jacuzzi. Allowed pet.

Cons: No help with bags.

I feel at home here!

Pros: 2nd time here and it's perfect for us (2 adults and a teen) and our dog. The rooms are really large, the hot tub and pool are decent, the staff is extraordinarily nice, the restaurant it good, and you can walk to Mass MoCA. Perfect and affordable.

Cons: I wish the steam room worked and the fitness room was bigger, better, but honestly for the price it's hard to complain!

Pros: The pool and hot tub also the free coffee! Great location for what we needed.

Cons: It is very easy to hear everyone else in the same room areas. The shower could use some updates. Need better lights in the rooms.

EZ to find , plenty of free parking and a nice room.

Pros: Great location, convenient free parking, wonderful staff.

Cons: No breakfast but they did have fresh brewed coffee with fresh 1/2 1/2.
