Very good stay apart from above.

Pros: The receptionist David was so welcoming and very helpful The style of the bedroom was functional yet attractive

Cons: The noise from other rooms The presentation of the bedding. I felt the uncovered duvet had not been washed … not sure how it works in the US Breakfast rather basic. But again this was not a fancy hotel

Pros: The location was very good, close to the center of town, museums and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and included with our stay. There were both hot and cold selections , served in a pleasant dining room.

Cons: We were disappointed that the hot tub was not hot because they were waiting for a part.

Pros: The staff were incredibly kind and friendly to me (and to the other guests I saw them interact with, and to each other)! Sean at the Front Desk expressed an amazing amount of empathy, patience, community spirit, helpfulness, and general human kindness when I came in looking for a place to stay after a pipe froze in my apartment. I ended up reserving my stay via Booking.com, and when I checked in David at the Front Desk was equally friendly, open-minded, and patient and helped me when I forgot my room number multiple times and also gave me tips on preventing pipes from freezing! I had a shorter interaction with the person at the desk (didn’t catch their name) when I checked out the next morning but received the same generous, genuine friendliness and attention (even in my frazzled state). Thank you so much to everyone <3

Cons: Small things: alarm clock / phone on bedside table was showing the incorrect time and I couldn’t see an easy way to change it, and when I pressed the button on the phone labelled to call the Front Desk it brought me to the voicemailbox instead; some dust / grime in the room and elsewhere; window blinds didn’t close completely (a design flaw that most hotel / motel curtains seem to possess); i could hear some other guests talking in their room.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem netten Städtchen

Pros: Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Recht neue Unterkunft mit guter Möblierung und ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Großes Bad mit leistungsfähiger Dusche. Wir hatten einen schönen Blick aus dem Fenster. Pool und Gym haben wir nicht genutzt, sahen ansprechend aus. Das Frühstück war erstaunlich reichhaltig. Lokale gleich nebenan.

Cons: Die Kopfkissen haben nicht frisch gerochen. Im Eingangsbereich, v.a. bei den Aufzügen fällt ein unangenehmer Geruch auf.
