Pros: Beautiful view with a stream or creek across the road. It's snowed heavily and was extremely cold. Chad and Kate made sure we were plowed out and warm. Well be back in the summer. Thank you!

Cons: I would have liked end tables on either side of the sofa for drinks/snacks.
