A good place to stay in NYC

Pros: The rate is very competitive since it's in NYC so you get your money's worth. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is very accessible to all places with the subway just around the corner.

Good stay for solo traveller

Pros: - The location is good (30 min walk from Times square and bus and train terminal) - the cleanness is good - the staff are kind and helpful - the breakfast is rich - Fast Wifi - the security (cameras) - the heater - toils - kitchen - common area

Cons: - The long and narrow stairs - the room is small for 3 people - the noise of the bed - No big mirror in the room - No closet with keys in the room - No table in the room - No electricity socket next to the beds

Pros: Simple accommodation but with everything we needed. Quiet place and comfy beds. You’re allowed to store your bags before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits and croissants, donuts were a plus 😊 100% recommended.

A good value for your money

Pros: It was very accessible to anywhere. Subway is just near in such a way you can walk to able to reach it. The place is a good place to stay and a good value for your money. The room that was given to me was very spacious and that's saying a lot as it's in NYC.

Cons: Maybe just the stairs as it's uncomfortable while lugging your luggage and you have to take several flights of stairs. But this is New York. So that's understandable. Overall, it's a comfortable stay.

Pros: Everything was perfect, comfortable, great facilities and super central location. The rooms are small but you get what you pay for, everything else was good. The kitchen was really great and good coffee/breakfast. Would recommend to anyone to stay.

Pros: Great property with welcoming staff and offering a tasty American breakfast. We loved the multicultural experience and nice location in NYC. The The only change I would suggest is adding a washbasin in each room and individually controlled central heating.

Compact, comfortable, efficient.

Pros: The rooms are compact, the shower and toilet - despite being common - were clean and spacious. The kitchen was exceptional, with a microwave, stove, coffee machine, fridge and more.

Cons: The only downside was the lack of an elevator, so if you have luggage - prepare.
