Courtyard by Marriott Albany Thruway

Comfy and convenient hotel to explore upstate NY while en route to Maine.

Pros: Easy access to highways. Close to campus which was nice for morning runs.

Comfortable beds.

Pros: Didn’t have breakfast. Did have hamburger on the bistro which was excellent. Staff very nice.

Cons: The toilet ran constantly. Reported it and Sam offered to change rooms we said no we would just close the bathroom door. Also, not mentioned when I got in bed I saw cobwebs above bed.

Good for short stay🤩

Pros: Usage & good access to the pool / gym. Staff was friendly and great customer service. Room was spacious, clean and good (a bit small) shower room. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Cons: No information to where we can get breakfast or the bistro opening times so we can get drinks in the evening.

Pros: The staff was very polite, warm and kind. Especially the receptionist - Thalia. She arranged coffee though the facility was closed. And accommodated all the requests made.

Cons: Can keep drinking water bottles in the rooms.

Pros: Location was good. I did not eat the breakfast. I was disappointed it was not included in the price.

Exceptional among many options.

Pros: During a holiday weekend, your staff was exceptional, present, and kind.

Great location, staff, and room comfort.

Pros: Excellant front desk, very helpful with information, and helpful signing up for rewards.

Pros: The pool was amazing!! And the room space was out of this world

Fun and amazing place to stay.

Pros: Everything...parking lot, restaurant inside, the staff was amazing, and the University of Albany is across the street. Convenient!

Convenient to I-90, nice room and friendly staff.

Pros: Breakfast was not included in the price so we opted for the Dunkin Donuts next door.

Cons: Pool could have been cleaner and they were out of towels by 5:30 pm.
