Pros: The rate of the room is very expensive compared to the service and breakfast.

Pros: The location is close to the university of Albany. There is free coffee in the lobby.

Cons: The breakfast with disposable plates and cups and plastic cutlery is not understandable in the current time of not endless resources. The climate conditioning in the room is much to loud.

Pros: Very friendly check in. All was as advertised. We really liked the available soap, shampoo, and body wash. Did not have to unpack our own for a short stay. Breakfast was excellent and clean. I would recommend it!

We had everything we needed & we did not need to pay for parking

Pros: we were provided with a microwave in our room to heat food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was clean and the reception area with the little shop was very nice.
