Hyatt Place Saratoga/Malta

Nice short trip to Saratoga comfy hotel, great breakfast and helpful staff

Pros: The breakfast was very nice lots of choice and not the same every day which was a nice surprise. Gym and pool adequate. Location is good for Saratoga /Albany plans a bit of a drive if you are headed to Lake George area.

Great stay

Pros: Everything! We were looking for a hotel off the highway, so perfect location. Friendly efficient staff, clean, comfortable rooms, breakfast was very good. For price we paid, extremely happy.

Pros: Great room and service. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. And we really loved that complimentary tea and coffee were available all day at the breakfast nook! Great place!

Pros: Beautiful hotel and location. Good facilities and great variety of breakfast options.

Cons: No laundry facilities. Little far from the city centre.

Pros: Unfortunately, we had to catch a flight, so we were not able to experience the breakfast. However, the staff did have coffee bagels and banana available for us to grab so that was well appreciated.

Cons: The a/c unit circulating on and off was loud which didn't provide for a good sleep since I am a light sleeper. So, your management should look into upgrading to a better unit. You could also use some hooks in the bathroom area so people can hang their cosmetic kit. There were also limited news channels on the TV, maybe expanding the selections would be perfect. Other than that, it was a good hotel.

Pros: Perfect for an overnight stop. Very friendly staff at reception. Room was a good size.

Cons: Coffee was cold at breakfast. Microwave wasn't the cleanest. Bathroom could do with modernization.

Wonderful rest!

Pros: Location was great. We were met by a wonderful host who was very welcoming and inviting. I didn't get her name but she was very nice. A real professional hotelier.

Cons: Too soft pillows. But not complaining! Maybe usb charger ports available would be good.

A great place to stay with family

Pros: Beds were comfortable, room was clean and spacious. treadmill worked great in exercise room, breakfast was delicious.

Cons: No clean towels to use in the pool area. Custodian helped us and found some. Water pressure in shower was below average.

Pros: Friendly Staff. Clean, comfortable and a nice breakfast with real dishes.

Cons: Problem with the shower.

Well you folks will see me on a regular!

Pros: I love staying at this hotel. The staff are excellent and the environment has such an homey feel to it.
