Courtyard by Marriott Oneonta

Clean, spacious, convenient, but VERY SLOW CHECK IN!

Pros: The rooms were spacious and very clean. It was in a great location for college tours. Lots of available restaurants close by.

Cons: It took over 15 minutes to check in. I have never had it take so long. Usually I give them my name and driver's license and they give me the keys. This time they needed all of our names and a physical credit card. Usually they just use the one I booked the room with. They asked us so many questions. They asked for my phone number and address, which they usually already have thru my booking. My family amd I just wanted to go to our rooms. We were standing at the desk with heavy bags and the woman helping us was moving at a glacial pace with no urgency. She was not efficient at all. The only problem with the rooms were the pillows were terrible. So flat. I had to use 3 just to make a thin pillow.

Overall great experience at this hotel

Pros: Clean spacious room, friendly staff, great common areas despite some ongoing renovation in lobby / meal area. Starbucks in meal area!! Room is modern and well equipped, and looks just as nice as in the Booking.com pictures!

Cons: Our room’s shower was not working! There was no maintenance available. As we were on a tight schedule, we could not take the offer of the staff to go to another room that morning. The staff could not offer rebate as we had booked through a third party but was gracious enough to offer us instead breakfast on them. Breakfast with expertly made Starbucks coffee and fresh food options more than made up for our shower issue, the staff being extremely friendly and professional. One of the best avocado toasts I have actually ever had (and the breakfast bowl and tater tots were delicious)! If back in the area, I would definitely choose this Courtyard Marriott again! The outside terrace in the back looked beautiful although the weather did not allow us to sit there.

Very clean. Very nice staff. Rooms are large. Bistro is expensive but very good food.

Pros: It is conveniently located. It has a very nice Bistro. The person working on Sunday evening (January 19th) was exceptionally helpful.

Cons: There is a construction project going on. This made the lobby and bistro difficult to sit in while the work was going on. It would’ve been nice to know.

Pros: The staff was super cool and the accommodations were lovely. The food was great too. The hotel is in a great location near food and colleges we were visiting.

Cons: The noisy neighbors. We had to move to another room in the middle of the night and we were never compensated. The hotel needs to hire security to deal with unruly clients. The front desk did all that they could to help us. The next day the manager just offered us an apology.

Pros: The Courtyard by Marriott was a beautiful place to visit! Of particular interest was the pool, hot tub, AND the food :)

Pros: Śniadanie kiepskie, zamawiasz w barze, brak bufetu, nie wszystkie dania i napoje dostępne w menu są dostępne na śniadaniu. W łazience płachta, która przykleja się albo do ciebie albo na wanny. Słabe rozwiązanie. Podróżując po wschodnich stanach nocowałem w kilku hotelach ( Holiday Inn, Hampton....) myślałem, że Courtyard będzie najlepszy. Niestety nie był

Cons: Miła recepcja, dobre Wifi, wygodne łóżko.

Pros: Convenient Location. Close to restaurants and grocery. 10 minute easy drive to All Star Village.

Wonderful!

Pros: Did not have breakfast there. We met family at a local restaurant.

Pros: Very clean facility and friendly staff, bed was very comfortable.
