Holiday Inn Express Oneonta by IHG

Pros: Friendly checkin/ checkout staff. Good breakfast and a large room

The stay was comfortable

Pros: The place is still brand new, very clean, organized, nothing broken, great TVS

Cons: The breakfast was really poor, omelette was soggy and cold, biscuit gravy was cold, decaf coffee was like water , the orange juice was watery and bitter

We truly enjoyed our stay and will return again soon! Thank you

Pros: Breakfast was awesome! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Our kids love the cookies at check-in. Clean and neat. Location is great too. Plenty of stores and restaurants close by. We stay here every time we are in the area.

Cons: Water pressure in the shower and a few more degrees on the temp in the pool…little things

Great hotel but dubious about room cleaning

Pros: Freshly built hotel. Nice. Good accommodations. Big and comfortable room.

Cons: Cleaning was very poor. Hairs and dirt in shower and on the floor of the bathroom, unflushed (but clean) paper in toilet, stains in lot of places in bathroom. Big doubt how seriously was done the cleaning. Sheets and pillowslips were smelling washing powder (so I suppose they were clean) but with a lot of creases everywhere (just as they were already used by previous occupier and the cleaner had just redo the bed with same sheets). Strange.

Pros: Breakfast exceeded my expectations. They had everything I wanted and more. Hotel was really clean and nice and even better than I anticipated.

Worth the stay

Pros: Fabulous room , the fitness room was decent , didn't get to go to the pool but it was very nice . Breakfast was pretty good too . I would stay here again for sure . Hotel didn't return my deposit and didn't call and say why . Our room was not damaged in any way

Cons: The fridge was not cold for drinks . And the housekeepers need to learn to turn off the lights in the bathroom to clean the mirrorrs. They were badly streaked . ( I have a cleaning business)

Perfect for an overnight stay close to SUNY Oneonta

Pros: Clean and priced right. Cookies are a great touch!

Cons: Pillows were not very comfortable

Make it your First Choice

Pros: Holiday Inn Express was very clean and organized. The staff was professional and nice. I enjoyed the options at the complimentary breakfast. I will make reservations at this Holiday Inn Express again.

Cons: What I didn't like is the noise coming from the hallway.

Pros: Breakfast was delicious. Great variety of items. Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff was friendly

Cons: The heater in my first room was loud during the middle of the night. They moved me when I called about it, but I wasn’t compensated for having my first night interrupted.

Pros: The room was fantastic, very clean. The coffee was deliocus The pancake machine was the only thing that either wasn't working properly or just isnt as efficient as the waffle maker.(which i love). The staff was friendly and helpful
