Pros: Very personable. It was really nice to see someone at the desk and not a computer. They were very friendly and also had the best home baked cookies and cakes. We will definitely stay there again.

Fabulously relaxing.

Pros: The lodge was amazing. The owners were really helpful, told us about an amazing swimming spot near by which was great fun. Property had everything you needed. Really relaxed atmosphere and a lovely continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: The hosts were so lovely and welcoming, we felt right at home! The breakfasts were lovely. We arrived by bus so the free bikes were so useful for getting around.

The cabin meet our needs and was a pleasant stay.

Pros: The lodge offered a light breakfast and is conveniently located right off of the paved road. Conveniently located within a couple of minutes to downtown. We rented one of the smaller cabins since we were only staying one night. The staff was friendly and the cabin was clean.

The Phoenicia Is A Great Place To Stay

Pros: The Phoenicia Lodge was Fabulous for our weekend getaway in the Catskills! The rooms were clean and spacious-Great coffee and breakfast selections- We never heard any noises coming from the cabins around us and the staff was super helpful and accomodating! Emily gave us great places to go and eat from a locals point of view! We will definitely come back in the future!
