Pleasant modern rooms in a small hotel with an indoor pool.

Pros: Small modern hotel with an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna, and a well-lit common area. Large rooms with air conditioning and an excellent bathroom.

Cons: No overhead lighting in the bedrooms and rather dim bulbs in the three lamps.

A comfy stay with all the amenities. Beautiful scenery away from the fray.

Pros: The access to food in the gathering area was great as was the breakfast in the morning, and the pool was excellent. The owner and his wife are lovely and had lots of tips for us visitors. The full gym was great. And my kids loved playing the wide array of board games available in the main dining area.

Cons: Nothing. Lots of nice touches to make us feel at home.

Pros: Janet makes you feel right at home the entire stay. Beautiful country setting. Definitely a hidden gem in the Cooperstown area.

We chose this place because of the amenities and location. It is within 30 minutes drive of the various places we visite

Pros: Beautiful country setting. Large updated rooms. Beautiful pool and hot tub. There was a sauna as well. Continental breakfast was an added bonus. Owners were friendly and attentive.

Peaceful settting, all around great place to stay.

Pros: The couple that runs it was very sweet. Beds were comfortable, atmosphere was very relaxed, rooms were very spacious, all around great property. Woke up to beautiful sunrises over the mountains. As a single mom, I was able to sleep peacefully without worrying.

Cons: Really have nothing bad to say.

Pros: The rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, and the breakfast every morning was simple but effective.

Cons: I believe the property uses well water (something I’m not used to) because the water in the tub faucet is orange when you first turn it on. But only for literally the first second- it runs clear almost immediately after.

Comfortable, safe, peaceful, lovely!

Pros: Location is picturesque. Lovely views of local farms. Peaceful and quiet. I felt very welcomed and safe from the moment I arrived to the second I left. The hosts are kind, attentive and incredibly polite. Everything is clean, organized and the decor is pleasant to the eye, I love the little details and decorations around the place. There is a great gym and pool indoors. The breakfast area is spacious with a nice view onto the outdoors. I slept very well and really wish I could have stayed longer. The local area is very nice with Cooperstown very close by to see the local baseball stores, gift courses, lakes, nice cafes and local practice stadium. Awesome part of the world. I recommend this resort if you want to make your visit even more wholesome. Thank you!
