Great hotel in a convenient location

Pros: Large room and bathroom. V friendly staff. Average breakfast

Cons: Hotel pool could have been warmer

Pros: Reception was quick, friendly, and efficient. What made it especially superb was the little details: the invitation to go ahead and park in one of the reserved spaces because we were the last guests to arrive that evening, the offer of extra towels because I was travelling with my family. Car parking was free and convenient. The room was spacious. The plentiful, oft replenished breakfast buffet was a full meal including omelettes, sausages, bacon, bagels, and various juices. Coffee was available all day at reception. For other meals, good options are nearby: try Tavola, just next door, and further into the centre of Utica there are more places for great Italian food.

Pros: Warm welcome, comfortable, great breakfast, awesome restaurant nearby - Chesterfield’s.

Cons: Nothing!

Exceeds expectations but priced premium bracket

Pros: room and breakfast were both great as was the lady checking us in

Cons: it did cost quite a bit

Pros: If you value what you pay to what you get then you win Way way better than NY city hotels that has the same rates in Booking.

Good overall

Pros: Clean comfortable rooms and helpful friendly staff. And military discount

Cons: The breakfast waffles and eggs were not great.

Good hotel in a convenient location

Pros: Spacious comfortable room. Guest laundry facilities which we did not use but convenient to have. Location close to Highway but very quiet. Lots of restaurants a few minutes walk away.

Cons: Only one person at reception. This person was away from the desk (helping someone elsewhere) when we arrived and we had to wait 15 min to check-in. There was a line up behind us of people waiting.

A better than average hotel

Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable and as we had stayed there for a night a few days previously on the way to Niagra Falls we had liked it then so decided to stay again on the way back to Harrison, NY.

Cons: We were again charged twice for our room and the receptionist apologised that there was a fault in the system and assured us that the additional charge would be removed. We stayed on the ground floor this time and it was annoying to hear water constantly rushing through the pipes from the upper floor.

A better than average hotel

Pros: It was clean and comfortable, and an ideal midway point between Boston MA and Niagra, Ontario. We were given vouchers for a free drink each at a lovely Italian restaurant nearby (Tavolo).

Cons: They had a problem with the checking in system where we were charged twice for our room but this was rectified within a few days.
