Great room, ideal for our family

Pros: Great room and excellent suite facilities, ideal for family. Breakfast staff were excellent - chatty and personable.

Cons: Manageress was off-hand and indifferent which was a shame because all the other staff were REALLY good.

Pros: Great breakfast. Everything was neat and well cared for in breakfast area and elsewhere.

Cons: Nothing. We arrived around 9 pm and left after breakfast. I wanted good night's sleep, shower and decent breakfast. Got all three.

Great hotel, Nice staff

Pros: Staff were very nice and the room was comfortable. There was a great Lebanese restaurant nearby. Laundry facilities were good and free

Cons: It was all fine. Breakfast could have more vegetarian options. Especially low glycemic options for vegans

Good stop on the way to recharge

Pros: Breakfast was excellent! Room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4 (two adults, a little boy and a baby ).

Cons: The pool was very cold and dirty.

Pros: I loved the rooms and the cleanliness.. I like the shower gel.. I also liked the extra bedroom

Cons: There's an employee there that's very rude! The way he talks to the guess is unbelievable. It was the morning after my stay that I seen a gentleman at the front desk. I was just trying to turn in my keys and he was very rude.. Every time I go there he's always rude

This hotel was exactly what we needed on our drive through New York.

Pros: Clean, well-equipped hotel with everything we needed, including snacks and water when we arrived. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: The pool was a little cold.
