Pros: Great location and appears to be the only really nice hotel in Utica. Nice room and lovely staff.

Cons: The room service came in a paper bag. Something they instituted with Covid, but seems it’s time to go back to a nice room service with price it costs.

one of the best hotel experiences I have had.

Pros: food was amazing the squid was the best i have ever had and the steak was cooked to perfection. service was great and really friendly staff. the building and decor is amazing such history.

Beautiful, clean property!

Pros: Breakfast was delicious. There were many good choices. I needed to take mine on the road and I was able to pack a to- go container.

Very nice, safe, clean and comfortable. A nice place to stay.

Pros: Parking was easy and available. Staff was friendly and no waiting for anything.

Cons: No bar for evening cocktails.

Great location. Grand entryway. Nicely appointed rooms.

Pros: Location is excellent for the area. Pretty entrance. Nicely appointed rooms.

Cons: No breakfast on Christmas morning. Fully understand, but the site should have been updated that due to the holiday, breakfast was not provided.

I’d return, but would skip the restaurant.

Pros: It’s history, location. Old photos in the gorgeous lobby. We had a corner room & the view at night was really nice!

Cons: Both queen beds sagged. I appreciate there was a restaurant on site but a $12 bowl of oatmeal?

Best option for staying in downtown Utica

Pros: I love restored majestic “grande dame” hotels, and Hilton has done a wonderful renovation with this one. Rooms are huge and quiet. Good tv options.Restaurant and bar were quite good. EVERY staff member was friendly, kind and efficient.

Cons: I don’t much care for single-ply toilet paper.
