Pros: The manager of the hotel is very professional and helpful. I overheard her dealing with a difficult situation on the phone and was impressed by her response. Everyone else was friendly and helpful, as well.

Great stay!

Pros: Excellent location for our visit in Utica. The room was spacious, very clean and quiet. Beds were ver comfortable. The breakfast was decent - nothing special.

Cons: This has really nothing to do with the property, per se, but we were there during the holidays and the restaurant across the street blasted holiday music each night until 10:30ish. Not a big deal but a bit annoying when trying to get to sleep.

Pros: The room was clean. Plenty of space in the bathroom. The shower is very nice. The older woman working on the breakfast is EXTREMELY friendly. The breakfast was very good.
