Safe location with clean and quiet room

Pros: The location is great, close to the Northeast Car Museum and other museums. Rooms were clean and I felt safe in my location. All staff were accommodating and friendly! Bed was very comfy too! Breakfast is a grab and go breakfast (you select your choices the night before!)

Nice location, nice hotel, great stay.

Pros: The location was great, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to see how nice it was on the inside. Expect to get breakfast elsewhere.

Cons: There is a minor staffing issue and one lady does every job including cleaning and working at the front desk.

Good enough for me!

Pros: The bed is clean, shower was clean and worked well. Towels were stocked, what else do you need?

Cons: The creepy elements outside the property at night which cannot be helped. The noise between walls is a little unsettling but the hotel asks that all noise be quieted after 10. I still hear the dude next to me clear his throat tho. Do you expect better? You shouldn’t. It’s a good deal, clean place to stay, pet friendly, lots of amenities. Nice overall!

Good Value; Nice Location

Pros: Restaurant was under renovation, so no hot food. THere was grab-and-go items, but we skipped those and went to a small cafe down the street. I did use the coffee. The rooms seemed to be recently renovated. It was obviously under a different franchise at some point, but work was being done to renovate. Location just a block from downtown was a plus.

Cons: Parking was a bit wonky in front. Large lot to the back, but the back doors were for exit only. Still have some work to do, but appears to be moving in the right direction.

Pros: Eileen at the front desk should get Employee of the Year. She is pleasant, helpful, conversational, fun......... ! She is the best. Please let her know the guy with the Labradors says hi.
