Very happy with the overall experience. It would have been nice to have some condiments.

Pros: It didnt include breakfast but I loved the size of the rooms.

A great place to stay in Massachusetts

Pros: Location is amazing - set in beautiful parkland on the edge of a pretty town. Lots to do on site - pool, gym, tennis courts, lakes, walks. Very clean accommodation. Site is well managed. This place is a destination in itself. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: Access to club facilities, pool etc is only during office hours ( 9 - 6)except fri and sat( 9 - 8)so we did not get to use them as we were exploring the area during day. Decor is dated but everything is super clean and well maintained.

Pros: Just a wonderful place to stay overlooking the Pobd. Convenient location to explore. Friendly staff Comfortable beds Immaculately clean - everywhere Lovely pool

exceptional accommodation

Pros: This was a fantastic place and exceeded our expectations. We had a really nice and big apartment with a very comfortable sofas and a very well equipped kitchen and a very comfortable bed. The washing machine and dryer were at the entrance of the apartment and shared with 3 other units, but that was not an issue. The area was beautiful and quiet. It was excellent value for money. I would certainly recommend this apartment, and it is a good place from which to explore Lenox and the surrounding area.

Space, quiet and value in Berkshires

Pros: Very spacious apartment with large living room looking over the water. Access to washing machine and dryer very handy and very well equipped kitchen. Great location in quiet parkland minutes from Lenox. Very good value.

Cons: The decor is a bit dated and the bathroom could benefit from updating but it was perfectly clean and worked fine.

Pros: It felt very spacious and had everything we needed. It was well located and the property grounds were beautiful.

Cons: The decor was a little dated but for the rest we had a great stay.

Great spot for quick get-away.

Pros: Helpful staff before ( Gus) and during our stay. Great location for a short cross country skiing and snowshoeing trip in the Berkshires. Sauna was a nice treat after a day outdoors. Well-equipped time-share unit that was remarkably clean. There were few other guests during our mid-week stay, so the property was quiet, with no crowds in sauna, pool, or gym.

Cons: Due to all of the snow storms in the past month, many of the parking spots had snow piles in them. During the week, there was enough parking, but by Thursday night parking was tight. I imagine it was worse on the weekends.

A very comfortable place to stay...near so many great places.

Pros: The apartment was super comfortable. The bathroom somewhat dated and the shower could have used a new shower head with more oomph

Cons: The pool and sauna was only open from 9 am to 6 pm... It would have been lovely if it had been open a little longer

The property is beautiful; the condo has plenty of space

Pros: Generous amount of space inside the condo. Neighbors were quiet. The club house facilities (pool & sauna) was nice.

Cons: The heating systems required a continuous fan and even while set at LOW the fans were quite loud.
