Pros: Brilliant location. Lovely restaurant. Spacious bedroom.

Cons: Everything looked a bit tired. The bathroom needed a refresh and at the very least a deep clean.

Lovely stay, relaxing, peaceful, beautiful, only complaint was loud air conditioner

Pros: Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, room was clean and had all the amenities needed

Cons: Only concern was that the air conditioner would flip on and off very loud waking us up at night and at the room had an overall humidity with a/c at low temps

Pros: Room was lovely, bed was comfortable. staff were great

Cons: strange with these old hotels, but the TV work's the Air conditioner didn't :( TV didn't work, Air Conditioner did work. Had maintenance up to sort it and they managed to get both working for a short time. But as we were there with friends we weren't really in our room that much :)

Opulent period hotel in beautiful park with lots to do

Pros: Fantastic location set in the middle of Saratoga Springs state park, with lovely championship golf course on site. Luxurious spa facilities. Lots of hiking trails. Very comfortable rooms. Free bus shuttle into town so no worries about having a drink in the many bars and restaurants down town. But also nice bar with terrace overlooking golf course onsite. Free entry to the automobile museum next door (usually $20)

Pros: Air conditioner was not working well Repairman came but could not lower temp to our comfort level

Loved our stay and we’ll be bavk

Pros: Ron and Pete dropped us off and picked up us several times. They truly made our stay special. All the dining room staff showed us a lot of attention and the food was excellent. We also enjoyed sitting out front on the rockers having a cocktail.

Cons: Basically there was no housekeeping, we did not receive clean towels or water bottles. On our last night housekeeping came by at 5PM and wanted to clean, we were getting ready to go out for the evening so we grabbed a couple of bottle of water.

Relaxing stay with all we could ask for

Pros: Walking distance to museums Directly located in the state park Excellent dinner and service

Pros: Room was very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, and food in the restaurant delicious!

Pros: Charming historic hotel with the most beautiful grounds .

A very convenient location, coupled with very dog friendly hotel, made for a wonderful stay.

Pros: The location in the park is fantastic. It's also easy to get to downtown.
