Overall good for the price

Pros: Staff is always very helpful and polite. Water in the Waterpark was warmer than our previous time there.

Cons: When were there in December we had a breakfast buffet. This time you could have plate only and it did not worth the price.It was a bit disappointing. Also my daughter saw a mouse in a corridor near our room, she got scared

Great resort for family!

Pros: Location was perfect, very spacious rooms and very clean. Beds were very comfortable! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. My 2 year old was never bored!

Cons: Bath tub did not plug properly. Not a big deal.

Pros: The bathrooms and shower areas were not very clean. Definitely plenty of chlorine in the slides, we all got a chlorine rash.

A real great value, family-friendly, treat.

Pros: The staff - from the front desk, to the lifeguards in the waterpark - were extremely friendly and gracious. They made adjustments and provided for what we needed. The facilities are cozy and friendly, and well laid out, such that it's easy to keep track of your kids and let them enjoy the various activities. The hotel is just the Goldilocks size - not too big that anyone can get lost, but with plenty of space. The other guests were friendly and family-oriented so it attracts a nice crowd. Cons: Nothing, except that at 2pm, the entire hotel shuts down suddenly, including the arcades. The kids were looking forward to playing some arcades after swimming, while i packed up the car, so that was a bit of a bummer

Pros: My family enjoyed the hotel. Amazing watersides. Loved the food.

Cons: I was disappointed the breakfast $ to expensive because of what they gave as a selection. It was cheaper and more filling if you went to a real breakfast place.

Pros: The waterpark was awesome , staff was nice , kids really liked the theme park and arcade , well situated and alot of things to do

Cons: The bed were really not comfy and should be changed we couldnt sleep 2 adults together
