Vacation Village in the Berkshires

Overall was great but a new confortable sofa bed would make me give a 10!

Pros: Great location! 1 minute drive to the slopes. Very clean. Very nice staff. Amazing pool and jacuzzi for après ski relax.

Cons: The sofa bed in the living room is very uncomfortable. Furniture looks a bit old.

Good value

Pros: Nice pool, lovely terrace. Spacious apartment, great value for money.

Cons: No store on-site. Not many open restaurants in the area.

Pros: Room was excellent very large unfortunately only stayed 1 night

Cons: No Blackout blinds

Great accommodation, and great kitchen for self catering

Very good and relaxing.

Pros: I liked everything in general, especially the pools and the scenery/location was lovely.

Cons: The bed in our room was very noisy, that even slightly moving would be very loud.

Fun and comfortable

Pros: The room I had was spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The views were lovely. The staff was friendly. Families were all having loads of fun at the pool.

Cons: The shower head was getting calcified so needed a good cleaning.

Met our expectations.

Pros: Apartment was nicely furnished and in a good location.

Cons: Two of our party were elderly and the stairs were problematic.

An absolute find, a lovely, quiet holiday village (at least in the summer.)

Pros: An absolute find in the Berkshires! A lovely, quiet holiday village on top of a hill/mountain with lovely views and everything well managed. Free laundry facilities in each floor/house, lovely big apartment with a proper kitchen, lounge and bedroom. The bathroom was massive and immaculate and comes with a jacuzzi. The little patio was great, especially as we were facing the woods, not the car park. Great amenities on site, heated pool, barbecue areas, indoor pool and a games room. Great coffee in lounge. Perfect little family holiday.

Cons: There was nothing not to like.

It was a good value for an overnight stay.

Pros: I liked the value. The pool and arcade. The room was nice. I liked the privacy. They were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: That the pool area was far from the building. The maintenance of the room seemed cheap. It could have been more spacious if the bathroom and bedroom weren’t so big. The pull out couch wasn’t very comfy. I didn’t like that there wasn’t shampooo I had to load kids to drive up to the guest lobby to get some.

Amazing

Pros: Upon Checking in the rep was a little unfriendly and appeared to be aggravated at the questions when I asked her about the property. After my boyfriend said something to her she then changed her tone. Everything else was great. We took advantage of the free activities on sight and also I was able to prepare my whole Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. Only issue that I reported was the dryer didn't work in our facility area and my clothes didn't dry. Other than that we plan to visit again in the near future.

Cons: The rep who checked me in attitude and the dryer not working.
