Historic peaceful apartment

Good time in New Haven

Pros: I enjoyed everything about my stay: from the cozy atmosphere to the spotless space. The living room and bathroom are spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped and functional. The flat is just a pleasant 20-minute walk from the campus area.

Cons: Not much.

Pros: Super clean.Booked late in the day, but the contact from Charles was immediate and seamless. check in.We would have loved to stay longer than 1 night!!Highly recommend.

Great property, ideal for visiting New Haven and Yale. Excellent hosts.

Pros: This was a great find for us. We booked at the last minute and I think we were very lucky as I suspect it isn't often vacant. By chance we met the host, Charles, when we arrived - he had already sent a friendly greeting with the key instructions. He and his wife operate the property and provide a lovely introduction to them, the property, and the local area - including recommendations on dining. The apartment has all that is needed for a comfortable stay - we could easily have stayed a week, if we'd had the time. Exceptional and caring hosts and a great place to stay in New Haven.

Cons: The neighbourhood is not the best and was a little rowdy early in the evening. However, we did not feel unsafe, and there is off-road parking available, which we were comfortable using.

Would definitively recommend!

Pros: The property was clean, comfortable, and affordable! The host was very pleasant to interact with, always prompt and available. We felt very well accommodated.

Cons: The booking.com listing claims that the property has 1 full bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 sofa bed. This is not correct. The property only has 1 full bed and 1 sofa bed, so plan accordingly!

Cons: Dog hair on the couch

Pros: The apartment was cozy. The kitchen was well stocked for light cooking as far as pot, pan, utensils, etc. Chocolates in a dish upon entry! There was a nice little hot beverage set up that included coffee, tea and cocoa. The bathroom was well stocked with towels, and the bedroom had lots of pillows and throws. Living room was comfy. I was working most of the time, so having a nice little place to sit and work with a throw blanket was super comfortable. The host stayed in contact to check in on us and was quick to answer questions.

Pros: We love everything about this Historic Peaceful Apartment Me and my husband we are from Florida..but I have my family in Bridgeport CT Waterbury, Hamden, Stratford Everything was amazing we love it ..and Charles was awesome...This place is going to my place every time I come to Connecticut...💯💯
