Nice spacious and clean apartment with a very helpful owner.

Pros: The apartments was clean and spacious. Max, the owner, was always available on the phone and very helpful and friendly. A nice selection of teas, always fresh fruit available (bananas, oranges and apples), sweet treats and porridge/cereal were also provided daily. One day when we came in, the apartment was nicely decorated for Halloween. Max was going out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Cons: Although the apartment was close to Metro, the area was not most desirable, but safe.

Pros: The room was very clear and nice! We stayed an entire week, the host was answering super fast and left us many snacks and coffee, and even provided clean towels and bed sheets after 3 nights. The neighborhood was okay and it is pretty close to the bus and subway. I highly recommend!

Cons: The shared bathroom means you might have to wait on other people sometimes, but overall it went really good!

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome – the host had even left us some face masks as a thoughtful touch! In the kitchen, there were always snacks available, along with tea, coffee, and even oatmeal that we could prepare ourselves. The location is quite convenient, with easy access to everything via the nearby subway. The bathroom was fully stocked with everything needed for personal care – shower, shower gel, shampoo, creams, and even perfumes. In the room, we found cozy bathrobes, as well as an iron and a hairdryer, which was very convenient. Check-in was super easy. The apartment was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

Pros: The room is big and cosy, the owner is extremely nice and helpful, he also left us food in the kitchen for breakfast, which was great. A coffee machine is also available. The bathroom has shampoos and everything. A lot of nice touches in the house to make people feel welcome, we really appreciated it. The neighborhood is lively and super convenient, the subway brings directly to times square in a few stops. Overall I recommend it and we would choose it again.

Cons: A shared bathroom will always be an inconvenience obviously. It's shared between three rooms so if the house is full you may need to cue. I do not recommend the area for solo travellers. The neighborhood is amazing but there are not enough lights at night, can feel a bit dangerous.

Pros: Max was an outstanding host. Attentive, intuitive, and always available, he combined responsiveness with the grace of a gentleman and the intellect of a scholar, making him a pleasure to be around. His attention to detail in both the upkeep of his home and the care of his guests was remarkable. The provision of an unlimited selection of snacks, drinks, coffees, sodas, and even an array of exotic noodles was truly impressive. On top of this, the thoughtful touch of a leopard-print evening gown added a unique charm to the experience. The part of Harlem where his home is situated felt authentic and vibrant, yet safe, with excellent public transport links. In every way, my stay was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it. Without hesitation, I look forward to returning—five stars out of five!

Cons: That I had to leave! I wish I could stay for a bit longer.

Pros: I trurly recommend staying in this apartment. Everything was clean. The AC was pretty convinient. Contact with the owner was correct. A nice surprise were snacks and drinks in room. The metro was about 6 streets away.

Pros: The apartment is very clean. There were snacks and coffee. The owner takes a god care of it and puts effort in it.

Cons: We got mugged in the street near the apartment, but I guess it can happen anywhere in New York. So we had to change our accommodation, because we didnt feel safe anymore.

Pros: Personale gentilissimo, attento e presente per qualsiasi tipo di richiesta. Struttura pulita e organizzata.

Cons: Mi è piaciuto tutto, forse la posizione non è comodissima ma con la metro è semplicissimo

Pros: La taille de la chambre, la proximité avec les transports, le confort de la literie, les petites attentions de Max (café, collation, nécessaire de toilette) ainsi que sa gentillesse et sa réactivité
