Pros: Top stay for visiting NYC! Amazing price-performance. The room is spacious, the bed is cozy, there is a big TV, the common ares are clean, coffee is delicious and snacks are appericiated. It is located in central Harlem - it can seem dodgy at first but we only had good experiences there, nice people everywhere. (Jacob’s soulfood is a must) We would come back any time!
Cons: We liked everything.

Pros: it was a very nice and cozy apartment. The shared spaces were cleaned ecery day. The rooms were locked with a key and a code so you always felt like your stuff is safe. The metro station was a short walk away.
Cons: the room was directly at the street and the windows are thin so you heard everything-not great for light sleepers. also our room didn't have a mirror, which meant we had to use the bathroom or the one in the entrance

Pros: Great supply in the kitchen. Fresh fruits, coffee, tea and jams. Every day refilled. Spacious bathroom with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, etc...
Cons: A few hooks in our room to hang for example a wet jacket or towel.

Large equipped space, sometimes impersonal but very pleasant. I can only recommend it!
Pros: When we arrived, we were really surprised by the quality of the apartment! It's a bit special to share the bathroom and toilet, but everything was very clean. The apartment has a large kitchen equipped with lots of little snacks and biscuits offered by the host, there's also a nice coffee machine perfect for morning coffees!

Really good place to stay if you want to explore Harlem, especially for the price.
Pros: The location was good, Harlem was fun. Good sized room. Fairly close to subway, within walking distance. Good places to eat and drink close by. The local people were friendly and fun. Was fairly quiet in my room.
Cons: It would have been nice if there was a small table and chairs in the room to eat at. The cutlery provided was plastic, it would have been better with some real metal cutlery that could be washed in the dishwasher.

Great facilities
Pros: Great facilities, breakfast and chocolates were a nice touch. Enjoyed the coffee machine. Made use of the in room microwave and fridge. Host was very helpful when I had questions and was very responsive via WhatsApp. Everything I needed was there.
Cons: Location was slightly far from Downtown Manhattan but it was not too far from a few subway stations.

Pros: Todo muy limpio y ordenado en las areas comunes, el anfitrion se encarga de tener las mejores comodidades he higine para tu estancia, ademas de contar con todo muy equipado para ayudar en tu comodidad. Fui a mediado de Febrero y estuvo calefaccionado en todo momento. Cuenta con articulos de aseo, frutas frescas y varios para el desayuno. recomendado al 100 %
Cons: considerar que son edificios antiguo por si al entrar puede que no te guste mucho, no te dejes llevar por eso, una ves en el departamento todo cambia, todo actualizado
