Cons: Nothing to not like here. Lighting in the room could be better.

This place is a gem!

Pros: I'm so glad I stayed at the Raindrops on Roses B&B while I was visiting Herkimer, NY. If you love history, you will want to stay there too. Barry and Denise are exceptional hosts and made me feel right at home. It's very clean, neat, and chock full of fascinating antiques. The breakfasts were delicious. It was easy to get to all the sights I wanted to see. And I even got to meet Karma, their adorable puppy, which is an honor reserved only for unabashed dog lovers. Otherwise, you would never know she was there. I would definitely stay there again!

Cons: I wouldn't change a thing.

Feel like at home

Pros: very friendly landlords (thanks to Barry and Denise for the warm welcome, incl. tour through the house); very good breakfast prepared with love; very nice separate living room just for us; we were the first guests from Germany, but will not be the last, as we will do a lot of advertising for Barry and Denise - and will definitely come again ourselves

Pros: Breakfast was incredible and so filling. The house was beautiful and the owners were warm and welcoming.

Beautiful stay for wedding weekend

Pros: We had an amazing stay at Raindrops on Roses B&B for our wedding weekend! Barry & Denise are incredibly hospitable and made us feel right at home. They even left a card to congratulate us which was incredibly thoughtful! The B&B is a beautiful home full of interesting and unique Victorian decor. Breakfast was provided both mornings and it was super yummy! I really appreciate that they checked to see if we had any dietary restrictions or allergies. Also we loved the jacuzzi! We will forever remember Raindrops on Roses as a special part of our wedding weekend. Thank you for everything Barry & Denise!

Memorable B&B

Pros: Large rooms and lots of room to relax in the living room and music room; tons of interesting Victorian knickknacks and geegaws; walkable to restaurants in town; fantastic huge breakfasts and welcoming hosts.

East to find and I enjoyed every minute

Pros: Wonderful house, quiet location, nice dogs, great hosts. Barry has a collection of music boxes, a player grand piano, and old Victorian victrolas, that are great entertainment of long ago. I will definitely stay there again id I ever make it back to my dear Herkimer County!

Cons: That I only could stay one night because of the cost. I camped one night and it was too cold so I got a room by the courthouse.

Pros: Great location and beautiful inn. Quiet night with comfy bed and big nice bath. Amazing breakfast
