The Inn At Stone Mill

Historic Location, Good Sleep, and Delicious Food Nearby

Pros: There are not many top-notch options in Little Falls, NY, so I'm so glad that we can stay at the Inn at Stone Mill. Our room was comfortable (and there is an elevator to reach the floor with the rooms) and we had the great nearby options of the Ann Street Restaurant & Deli for breakfast and lunch and the Canal Side Inn Restaurant for drinks and dinner.

Cons: It wasn't really a problem, but it feels strange that most of the time there is no staff member on site. That said, we were greeted in person when we arrived as scheduled. When we come back to Little Falls, I'll do a better job of booking our room so that we can have a king size bed, rather than a queen.

Our stay was perfect for what we needed.

Pros: We stayed here as a stop over on our journey from Stratford Ontario to Stowe. It suited us really well. The staff were particularly helpful to us when trying to sort out an issue we had with our phone sim. We would have loved to have had time to explore the area as it looked a lovely place.

Cons: I forgot to request gluten free bread and there was none available. Some gluten free cereal would have been great.

Character hotel that is frendly and comfortable.

Pros: Fantastic friendly service, especially at check in. Great continental breakfast, and the kitchen was open and available to guests. Especially good was a tea kettle we could use ourselves, allows me to make a real tea leaf breakfast tea for my wife. Very good size room and comfortable chair, as well as a table with two dining chairs.

Cons: It. Is an old building and some may not like the sloping floors, however we like the character it portrayed.

Pros: History around Little falls and the Canal. Location enrolee from New England to Ontario

Cons: The signage showing where the hotel was in in old mill could be clearer

Lovely for a night in Little Falls

Pros: Great location, easy to find, close to the canal and restaurants.

A charming and comfortable inn

Pros: Really friendly welcome, delightful historic building, lovely sense of community, great cafe downstairs.

Friendly town and lovely hotel with a great meal at GiGi’s.

Pros: Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Kitchen facilities were useful and well stocked for breakfast, which was help yourself. The building was beautiful. Home baked muffins were delicious!

Cons: The only small grumble would be that a fridge was being used as a side table next to the bed which although useful it did make a noise sporadically throughout the night.

Hotel is charming.

Pros: We had difficulty navigating one way streets to find the inn.

Cons: We used the stairs to leave as the elevator was being serviced. Stairs were difficult to navigate as I was holding baggage.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again

Pros: It was a very cool remodeled mill. Our room we had was the loft in the 4th floor and it was amazing! Absolutely beautiful and cozy! Full kitchen even though we didn’t use it, it was still beautiful and nice to have. The whole experience was wonderful.

Cons: There’s nothing would complain about

Pros: Everything was top quality! Staff great and breakfast was generous!

Cons: Location and hard to find. Get a new entrance. It’s weird walking into a post office to get to the front deals. But I really liked staying there. Beautiful view!
