Convienent located, clean, friendly and quaint.

Pros: It was on route from Niagara to Boston as an overnight stay. It was a beautiful old period property. The room was old fashion but in a good way. The welcome was very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast with proper tea brewed in a pot and pretty bone china cups & saucers.

Cons: Not too many places to eat within walking distance but we did have a 2 mile drive to a very nice one.

Best breakfast ever!

Pros: Lovely hotel. Beautifully decorated. This is our 93rd night in 93 different hotels across America and this is by far the best breakfast we have had. Thank you!

Property posting on Utube is very misleading

Pros: Stayed two nights. Good location. The lavender room was nicer, a comfortable bed.

Cons: Stayed two nights. Lagerfeld room was very noisy ( traffic noise ), uncomfortable bed. Breakfast is very basic. No garnish or sides on plate, needs to be improved with more choices, and a menu would be nice for starters. Fresh cream and milk for room hot drinks, not powdered milk. Utube posting is very misleading and very disappointing.

A historic and charming place to stay in downtown utica⁷

Pros: I really like the update and size of the room. Excellent service, very comfortable bed, and a great breakfast.

Cons: The room coffee that was provided for guests needs fresh cream instead of a coffee whitener , small detail, but would be much appreciated 👍

Pros: The bed was super comfy. The bathroom, specially the shower, was incredible. Owners were super friendly. Location was close enough to everything in a nice neighborhood.
