Aura Hotel Brooklyn

Pros: Everything! There are no bed bugs, thankfully! The staff was very helpful, the location very safe in a Jewish area, with convenience stores nearby. Subway station only a short walk from the hotel. Great value!

Pros: The room was clean and there was hot water in the shower at all times, the location is somehow close to the subway station Flushing Avenue, but pay attention to get to the Flushing ave of the G line subway, not the J one, we made this confusion on our first day. It is an area full of ultra-orthodox Jews, that are dressed weird, but that was not a problem for us, it is a safe area, full of them. I recommend this accomodation, but there is a 10-15 minute walk to the subway station that I mentioned earlier. I really liked that there was a super market on the same street as the hotel.

Cons: There was not water pressure at the sink and the bed sheets could have been a little bit cleaner

Pros: The hotel offers great value for money and is well located in Brooklyn. We were even able to watch the November 2nd marathon, which passed not far from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful — a special thank you to Rawal, who truly supported us throughout our stay and made it even better.

Pros: Big and moreorless clean room with very basic kitchen and fridge and coffee maker, lot of storage space. Good and relatively quiet and safe location. Daily cleaning and towels change. I would choose the same hotel next time, it was very ok.

Cons: A/C worked well, but very noisy. There is almost no equipment in the kitchen. The view from the room and balcony was zero - directly to the wall of next house.
