It was good and our room was always clean.

Pros: It is ideally located in Brooklyn for us to hop on a train or bus to visit relatives or shop.

Cons: Nothing that is worth mentioning

Peaceful respite from the morning we experienced.

Pros: Location. It is convenient for walking around or taking the train as the subway is just down the street.

Cons: We were grateful to be back there (checked out earlier) after our flight was canceled due to the airspace closure.

Always a pleasure staying at Holiday Inn, very convenient location around downtown Brooklyn

Pros: As a regulars guest at this hotel, things seems good and comfortable for me, courteous and friendly staff , very quiet at night for a good night rest, great location for me.

Cons: Just 2 bath towels were given per day, there is need for hand towels.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! Nothing was too much!

Pros: Huge rooms for NY. Fantastic shower. Very clean and the best staff who were helpful and supportive.

Cons: Only 2 elevators and sometimes used by many.

Overall ok, but depends on the price.

Pros: Hotel with a good price located in Brooklyn, next to the metro station and restaurants.

Cons: The air conditioning is bad. It's noisy and doesn't remove humidity. It only cooled the air in the room and didn't bring in fresh air. The window can be opened about 10cm, but when it's 37 degrees outside, don't do that. The carpets are terribly dirty. Don't try to walk barefoot from the bedroom to the bed. Your feet will be black.

Fantastic

Pros: Our room was gorgeous. Fully equipped with very comfortable big bed and pristine bathroom. Great view of Brooklyn from the big window. We loved staying here!
