Wonderful staffs in Brooklyn Coffee Company-Abby, Armando and Hector

Pros: Wonderful staffs in Brooklyn Coffee Company-Abby, Armando and Hector, they have brought the wonderful holiday Christmas magic to the hotel. They must receive amazing compliments on their professional services and sweetest personalities, as they serve as the hotel's major role. The quality of the drinks and pastries were also on the extra level. Location was brilliant if you are looking for the NYC subway. It's the key area to have the access on majority of the NYC subways and 15 mins walk to the Brooklyn Dumbo. The interior might seem to be old but giving classic vibes. And I can definitely say that it is really spacious enough.

Pros: The breakfast was only for members which was not explicit in the description of the property.

Value for money, central location, friendly and comfortable.

Pros: We liked the $30 allowance to spend on food, the variety and freshness of breakfast and the welcoming, friendly and accommodating staff. The location in Brooklyn was super, right by or near various Metro stations and within walking distance of Dumbo.

Cons: The lifts were not working very well for a couple of days during our stay. However the staff were ready to find alternative means of getting to our floor.

Good location to explore NYC

Pros: The rooms and all the facilities are a bit outdated. But very good location nearby Brooklynbridge.

Cons: A bit pricy though… especially parking…💵💵💵

Cons: Breakfast only prepacked, charge resort fee, bathroom small and dated, shower over small bath with curtains, poor given price charged

great hotel, friendly staff, excellent location.

Pros: The room was great, back of the building, silent, great attention from the staff. The hotel location optimal, a couple steps from the subway, easy to access even in rainy days, the staff offered everything we could ask for.

Cons: the room was too far from the elevator, there is only one set of elevators, and our room was way to far from it. There is no breakfast included, BUT if you pay atention to the advices of the staff you could get the best of what you pay.

Pros: Big rooms for a family of four, nice bathroom, cleanliness ans location are great

Cons: They forced us to buy a USD25 per day Pantry Breakfast for all our staying days... Did not pre-agreed on any like this

Pros: the room was very spacious, clean and quiet. the staff was very kind and helpful they gave us the room a lot earlier than the check-in hour considering we came a long way. the hotel is located near a subway station that could take you easily to any destination in Manhattan.

We like the hotel as we walk to visit family but in October room price was prohibitive

Pros: Spacious room with very comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly staff especially in Pantry. Good to have $25 tax usable towards breakfast costs.

Cons: No armchair/ comfortable seating in room and could not sit in lobby/ bar in evening unless eating there. So had to sit on the bed.Stayed 6 nights so it was a bit restricted
